The exhibition traces the history of 13 Viennese Jewish women, who escaped the Nazi regime through marriages of convenience with foreign citizens. Semi transparent banners show a portrait of each women, the different names they adopted and the routes they took to reach a country where Jews were not (yet) persecuted.
